BRISKA VPN
Privacy Policy · Last updated 5 November 2026
Briska does not log what you do online. We don't record the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS lookups, or when you connect. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and there are no ads, analytics or tracking in the app.
Who we are
Briska VPN (the Android app com.nurbs.briska) is operated by Ali Haider.
Contact: teamnurbs@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
When you first connect, the app creates a WireGuard key pair on your phone. The private key never leaves your phone and is stored encrypted with Android Keystore. The app also stores a random install ID, your settings, your last chosen location, and the last connection details our server sent. Uninstalling the app deletes all of this.
What our server keeps
To give your phone a place in the VPN, our server stores one record per app install:
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| Random install ID, made by the app | So reinstalling or a new key replaces your old record instead of adding a second one. It is not linked to your name, phone number, Google account or any device identifier. |
| Your public key | Lets the VPN recognise your phone. It reveals nothing about you. |
| Your private tunnel address (e.g. 10.9.0.2) | The address your phone uses inside the VPN. |
| The day you registered and the day you last connected (dates only, no times) | To delete records nobody has used for 30 days. |
A record is deleted automatically 30 days after it was last used. The server keeps a daily backup of these records for 7 days, so a deleted record can remain in a backup for up to 7 more days.
What we never keep
- Websites or apps you use, or the content of your traffic.
- DNS lookups. While connected, your phone uses our own DNS resolver on the VPN server, which keeps no query logs.
- Connection times, session lengths, or how much data you use.
- Your IP address in any log or database.
Your IP address
Any server you talk to sees your IP address; ours uses it only to work:
- While you use Briska, the VPN software holds your current IP address in memory so it can send your traffic back to you. It is never written to disk or logs, and it is forgotten when the server restarts or your record is deleted.
- To stop abuse, our registration service counts requests per IP address in memory for up to about 15 minutes. This is never written to disk.
Third parties
- No ads, analytics or tracking libraries are in the app.
- Google Play may send us anonymous crash and performance reports (Android vitals), but only if you have allowed your phone to share usage and diagnostics with Google. Google's own privacy policy covers this.
- Hosting: our servers run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone. If we receive a valid legal request, we can only provide what is described above under "What our server keeps".
Deleting your data
Uninstall the app to remove everything on your phone. Your server record is deleted automatically 30 days after your last connection. Because we don't know who you are, we cannot look up a record by name or email.
Security
The app talks to our server over HTTPS, and all VPN traffic is encrypted with WireGuard (AmneziaWG) between your phone and our server. After it leaves our server, your traffic travels to websites as it normally would, so use HTTPS sites for anything sensitive.
Children
Briska is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what we keep about you, we'll also mention it in the app's update notes.
